You guyyyyyyysss! This is going to be your new go-to for a fun and fancy app. It is SO easy and delicious, and it totally made me smile today. I was just feeling kind of blah…its so dreary and gray outside, and there’s not much to look forward to lately. I’m trying to stay busy in the kitchen and have Lachlan help me with his new kitchen stool/tower. Surprisingly he usually stands there and watches me whip up whatever it may be. He loves to watch people do projects or activities.

Oh and he got his first haircut this weekend and I cannot handle how adorable he looks…

I recently had something very similar to this at a local Italian Restaurant, and I was like….wait a second, I could totally make this. So I gave it a google and there were a bunch of whipped ricotta recipes to try out! This is definitely my fav because, re: lemon! Wow this ricotta is so good once you whip it up. You just want to eat it like ice cream. 

You could serve this as a lunch, or make it as an app for friends or family.
